Feature Focus - Looki offers very high quality lens feature which are called out in highlight boxes on the homepage.

Virtual Try-On - Site offered a virtual try-on preview to all users to see what they look like on chosen models. Also, through use of the website's app, users could take a picture of themselves with their web cam or phone and upload their own face image.

Lots and Lots of Options - Selecting a lens for purchase required many UI considerations. The interface guides users through the process from choosing a frame to entering a prescription to lens type and coating options. Thousands of possible final product configurations are possible.

Different Audiences - Sharpo offers sharpening sets for kitchen knives and woodworking blades.

3D Product Images - Professional product photography doesn't exist so I created 3D models of products for web and social media digital assets. Models were created and rendered in Blender 3D 3.1.

Fast Response Landing Page - The county in the headline copy is pulled from a parameter in the url string. This improved conversions. Header art images represents damage type category. Phone and contact form is visible above fold.

They're Experienced With My Problem - Main service pages feature a damage type icon art to identify with visitor's specific issue. A "Get Service" call-to-action is visible under each damage type to allow easy access to contact numbers and contact form.

Credibility and Reputation - This section on each landing page reinforces trust and promotes positive experiences past customers have had with the business.

Super Fast Page Load - Speed is critical with local search as potential visitors quickly move on to the next search result if they have to wait for more than a few seconds. Lightweight landing pages load extremely fast on mobile and desktop resulting in a significant drop in page bounces.

Clean Header, Flat Navigation - Next to the logo is a Home Advisor "Top Rated" icon to establish trust and credibility. Large call-to actions with phone and Schedule Free Estimate links are prominent on page. An easy to use mega menu offers navigation from any page to any product.

Utilize Franchise Photography - Gallery grid on product pages allow for viewing professional photos of products in a large format with modal popup window (below).

Awning Configurator / Estimate Form - A huge library of patterns and trims was a competitive advantage. I created this configurator to allow prospects to visualize combinations of patterns, trim, and frame colors. (Almost 7K possible combinations.) After users select size, colors, patterns and options they can request an estimate for the awning with the Price tab that captures their lead information.

Targeted Facebook and Email Marketing campaigns drove traffic and generated website leads.

UI Challenge - Users would need capability to change colors of different materials (stitch, felt, chenille), each with their own palette. Text needs to be movable within regions of the patch shape. Graphic inserts with their own set of customizations would need to be allowed to be placed and positioned on patch also. Image of customized patch would need to be captured and included with order specifications.

Tabs - Non-linear tab segment simplify the customization into 3 parts - patch colors, text elements and graphic inserts.

All Created With Patch Builder - After initial launch the builder source code was continuously extended to accommodate other patch model products.

Magento Added Functionality - Plugins and components such as the product thumbnail gallery, reviews, bread crumb navigation and behavior targeting with a dynamic promo banner improved sales.

Leveraging WordPress Capabilities -The site offers many courses that often require minor edits. These pages can now be quickly modified without the need of a web designer. The blog pages (above right) are continually updated as archived on the website. Plugins like the modal window pop-up are utilized to display teacher biographies.

Lead Generation App - This concept was designed for tradeshow events and would allow a passerby to to easily get a high-level business assessment using their mobile device and QR scanner.

Page Layout Design Mockups - Photography, color pallet and page layout recommendations for insurance company.

User Experience - This incorporates user stories and requirements into a UX process flow and story board. Specifically, how a Jostens sales rep can login in to a sales dashboard and navigate to create a custom, orderable product for a school and student customers.

Process Diagram - An illustration of a marketing platform that integrates email and direct mail content management and publishing into an existing RMDB (Relation Management Database).
